The Rules of Procedures is not yet finalised but will be based on UN4MUN RoP. However, OckMUN will not have a plenary GA, and committee Chairs/Bureaus, Agendas, and Programmes of Work will be determined without delegates' input prior to the start of the MUN. Moreover, Secretary-General reports will be made by the respective Bureaus rather than the OckMUN Secretariat.

Delegates will be informed by the Bureau of their allocated committee about their committee's Programme of Work. They will also receive a Secretary-General report which provides a detailed history of the agenda item including actions the UN has already taken and technical details.  Delegates are expected to use these as a resource in preparing their Position Papers.
