Shared accommodation for OckMUN Participants

We understand that travelling to our event might require additional arrangements. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we’ve arranged an accommodation package available to OckMUN delegates and chairs. The accommodation package will cost only €10,- for 2 nights + 2x (vegetarian/vegan) breakfast! Check-in: June 7, check-out: June 9. The accommodation package is free for students from TU/e, WUR, and TU Delft.

You will be able to stay in log cabins on the University of Twente campus, at walking distance from the conference venue, making it easy to attend all activities without any hassle! The log cabins consist out of two floors, with five bunk beds (10 sleeping spots) on the ground floor and five single beds on the first floor.

These cabins are equipped with following amenities: 

• Electricity is available

• Wardrobes are available. 

• Sleeping bag/duvet, pillowcase, towel and mattress cover should be brought by the renters.

• Shower and toilet accommodation are available in a separate building, on a walking distance of 25 meters from the log cabins. (It has been separated for men and women.)
